It supports session packs (such as 4, 8 and 12 sessions) and monthly subscriptions. A session is deducted at each QR scan and the player sees the remaining balance.
How do I organise the court and coach schedule?
The dashboard shows the schedule of sessions and courts for each branch, one coach can cover several branches, and you set each coach's permissions separately.
How do I know a player is about to stop?
The churn-risk report lists players whose attendance dropped or whose subscription is about to end, so you can contact them in time.
Does attendance work offline?
Yes. The coach scans the code offline and attendance uploads automatically when the network returns, without being counted twice.
