Subscriptions on your rules, money tracked to the pound
You decide what members can do in the app: upgrade now and carry their remaining sessions over, renew or downgrade from next month, or buy extra sessions for this month. Every payment gets a numbered receipt, the coach uploads the InstaPay screenshot and the admin approves it, and a member can never end up with two subscriptions.

Have a question?
The coach scans the member’s QR in the Capteny app even with no signal at the pitch. Attendance is saved on the phone and uploads on its own once the connection is back, and any duplicate scan is flagged for the admin to review.
There’s no open signup. The coach or admin sends an invite code to the member’s phone number and they create their account with it. If they already have a Capteny account from another academy, they use the same one.
Every cash payment or InstaPay transfer gets a numbered digital receipt. The coach uploads the transfer screenshot, the admin approves it, and the books update straight away. We take no commission on your money.
Each academy’s data is fully separated with its own access permissions. Even when the same member belongs to two academies, each academy only sees that member’s data at their own academy, and nobody else can see your finances or member records.

Every member has a clear subscription and session balance, and attendance is logged by QR scan. You get a reminder 3 days and 1 day before a subscription ends, and so does the member in the app. Members can freeze, upgrade or buy extra sessions within the rules you set.

The platform tracks attendance and subscription end dates and gives you a list of members whose attendance has dropped or whose subscription is about to run out. You call them early, and the member gets a reminder in the app too.
With notebooks and Excel, records get lost, proxy check-ins are easy, and overdue payments slip through. With Capteny, the QR can’t be screenshotted, attendance works offline, and every payment has a numbered receipt.
