Everyone joins with an invitation code from the academy and verifies their phone number. There is no open sign-up, and a member uses one account across all their academies.

Does it suit an academy with several branches and many coaches?
Yes. You add branches and groups, one coach can cover several branches, and you set each coach's permissions: who invites players, who records attendance and who sees reports. Plans start with one branch and go up to unlimited branches.
Does attendance work on a pitch with no internet?
Yes. The coach scans the player's QR code offline, the record is stored encrypted on their phone and uploads automatically when the network returns. No attendance is counted twice.
Can I move my current players over from an Excel file?
Yes. We import member lists and session balances from Excel for free, and you are live within 24 hours with no setup fee.
Does it support online card payments?
Not yet. Today it records cash and InstaPay transfers with a numbered digital receipt. Online payments are on the roadmap.
